We only use cotton certified as 100% organic, and only trade with factories and farming co-operatives that match our high ethical standards. At every stage of production our facilities are accredited by, and monitored by at least one of the following.
Organic Certifications:
GOTS is the Global Organic Textile Standard. Control Union accredit us at all stages by these standards. From the cotton farms to the garment factories they verify that the organic cotton doesn’t get contaminated by conventional cotton at any stage of the production process.
This is the specific program used by control union by which we are accredited.
This is the body that regulates our EKO sustainable textile program.
All factories currently manufacturing Saf products have Oeko-tex standard 100. This logo demonstrates that products have been thoroughly tested for any harmful contaminants or chemicals.
